When do we raise an HTML5 Banners Ticket?
An account manager raises a HTML5 Banner ticket when they need a new or refresh of HTML5 banners for an active PPC campaign. The AM will either suggest this work themselves or be prompted from their project team to make the request.
How do we raise an HTML5 Banners Ticket?
The ticket can be raised from a note sent to the AM from a PPC executive, or as part of campaign planning. If discussed in a planning meeting the PPC Executive is responsible for adding the information to the plan, for the AM to review, edit and approve alongside the rest of the plan.
The below request details are for generating the ticket manually by the AM, if generated via the planning app the task will be assigned to the DM Design Manager, who will convert it to the correct ticket type.
