How To – Accelo: DM Onboarding (WIP)

This guide will provide you with step by step instructions on the DM Onboarding in Accelo.

 

The steps will be in the format of role/which department the step is for followed by the details.

  1. UNKNOWN – Create a new project with the following details.
    • Project Name: DM Onboarding – COMPANY NAME
    • Company: Search and select the company the onboarding is for
    • Type: Select DM Onboarding
    • Status: Select Handover
    • Project Project Manager: Select Eddie Bradshaw
    • Dates – Planned Start:  Enter the planned start date if known at this time
    • Dates – Deadline: Enter the planned deadline if known at this time
    • Project Template: Select DM Onboarding
  2. UNKNOWN – After the handover has been completed the status should be changed to “Scheduling Onboarding”
  3. UNKNOWN – As the project task list is setup with a default template this should now be edited to refect the required onboarding tasks.
  4. UNKNOWN – The tasks can now be assigned out to the relevant people and scheduled in to give an estimated completion date.
  5. UNKNOWN – Once the onboarding has been scheduled the status should now be changed to “Account Creation”
  6. UNKNOWN – When all the account creation tasks have been completed the status should now be changed to “Keyword List”
  7. UNKNOWN – When the keyword list has been created and sent to the client the status should be changed to “Awaiting Client Keyword List Approval”
  8. UNKNOWN – When the keyword list has been approved the status should be changed to “Keyword Planning”
  9. UNKNOWN – When the keyword plan has been created and sent to the client the status should be changed to “Awaiting Client Keyword Plan Approval”
  10. UNKNOWN – When the keyword plan has been approved the status should be changed to “Campaign Planning”
  11. UNKNOWN – When the campaign plan has been created and sent to the client the status should be changed to “Awaiting Client KeywordCampaign Plan Approval”
  12. UNKNOWN – Once the campaign plan approved by the client and all the required tasks have been completed for the onboarding, the status should be changed to completed.
