Introduction

All SEO work must be accounted for in the customer’s monthly report by way of an “SEO Report Review”, which is located in the “SEO” tab of customer reports that are not Platinum level, and within the Overview Cover Page of Platinum reports.

Bronze-Gold Level SEO Reports

Following the completion of any SEO tasks, the SEO Executive will write a short summary of the work that has been carried out into the tracking document, giving brief details as to the purpose behind the work, and highlighting any positive effects that may have occurred (if applicable).

This content will then be pulled through automatically into the report and sent to the customer by the AM.

If your work has necessitated working on particular keywords, please remember to provide details of search volume to demonstrate why these keywords have been prioritised. In cases where you may have worked on keywords that are not covered in the current report, please confirm whether the AM would like these keywords to be added to the “Positions” tab from this point.

Platinum Level SEO Overviews

The SEO Executive will write a brief overview of the SEO work that has been carried out that month, to be placed within the main Overview tab of the report. This overview should serve as a snapshot of the month and provide particular highlights for the customer.

Details include:

  • A short summary of the SEO work that has been carried out
  • Any positive developments in keyword rankings (especially if linked to SEO work)
  • Any comments concerning analytics data (e.g. highlighting and explaining positive movement, explaining any “negative” metrics, etc).
  • Any comments about planned future work that may follow
  • Any requests for input from the customer concerning their campaign

If your work has necessitated working on particular keywords, please remember to provide details of search volume to demonstrate why these keywords have been prioritised. In cases where you may have worked on keywords that are not covered in the current report, please confirm whether the AM would like these keywords to be added to the “Positions” tab from this point.
