There are several options when it comes to renewing your domain name but for peace of mind, we recommend renewing your .co.uk domain for 5 years at the cost of £50 + VAT. / .com domain for 5 years at the cost of £85 + VAT. (delete as applicable)
Please note if you allow your domain to expire it will release it back into the open market, leaving it possible for the domain to be registered by someone else.
If you would like to renew your domain name, please call the office to make a card payment and we will send you a paid invoice receipt by return.

Suspend hosting email due to overdue invoice

I have tried contacting you regarding INV-???? which relates to the hosting on numerous occasions. This invoice is now ???+ days overdue.
This email is notifying you that if we do not receive payment for this invoice within the next seven days we will have to suspend the hosting for [ADD THE DOMAIN NAME] this means that the site will go down and you will not have access to any emails connected with this account.
If you have made payment within the last seven days, please let me know as soon as possible to avoid your hosting being suspended.
